Refund & Cancellation Policy
CoachWale’s Refund Policy of 1 Year Plan
CoachWale offers a pro-rata refund on its one-year paid membership for coaches who wish to be listed on its high traffic coach directory. If, after one year of service, payments received from clients who hire you via CoachWale do not match the amount paid for your one year service, we will refund pro-rata of your original payment.
In order to qualify for the refund, you MUST:
- Record an audio interview with a CoachWale representative within the first two months of upgrading.
- Contact CoachWale within 30 days AFTER your 1 year subscription ends.
CoachWale’s pro-rata refund only applies to the one-year payment plan. Any additional services purchased from CoachWale are NOT covered by this policy, and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
CoachWale’s pro-rata refund can be claimed only once per lifetime per coach. If you obtain a refund and sign up for additional services, the additional services are not subject to a refund.

- If cancelled 2 days before the session no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled between 5 hours to 48 hours 50% of the session fee will be charged.
- If cancelled in less than 4 hours full session fee will be charged.
