This 4-week cohort-based coaching is designed to help you overcome self-imposed limitations, develop clarity about who you are, and create a life you truly love.     • Session Goals:
      1. Define self-limiting beliefs and their impact.
      2. Reflect on personal triggers and thought patterns.
      3. Replace limiting beliefs with empowering thoughts.
    • Tools & Activities:

      3. Build a vision aligned with core values.

      4. Action Plan: Write a personal mission statement.
  • Week 3: Focus on Mastery
    • Focus: Enhancing focus and creating habits for long-term success.
    • Session Goals:
      1. Understand the science of focus and flow.
      2. Identify distractions and productivity killers.
      3. Develop strategies for consistent mastery.
    • Tools & Activities:
      1. Tool: Eisenhower matrix for prioritisation.
      2. Activity: Deep Work Challenge (30 minutes of undistracted work daily).
      3. Framework: Atomic Habits (cue, routine, reward model).
      4. Action Plan: Design a daily/weekly habit tracker.
  • Week 4: Life by Design
    • Focus: creating a roadmap for a fulfilling and intentional life.
    • Session Goals:
      1. Integrate learning from previous weeks.
      2. Create a vision board or mind map for life goals.
      3. Set actionable milestones for the next 6–12 months.

      1. Activity: Vision Board Creation.
      2. Tool: Wheel of Life Assessment.
      3. Guided Discussion: How to manage setbacks and stay motivated.
      4. Action Plan: Finalise a personal "Life Design Blueprint."
