Ratika Mittal is an ICF accredited Associate Certified Coach (ACC) focusing on Leadership Development and Business Coaching. She has over 2 decades of corporate experience in various leadership roles and in her last Corporate role, Ratika was the Chief Sales & Marketing officer of BMW Financial Services. She also served on the Board of BMW India Leasing Pvt Ltd. Prior to BMW, she spent over 15 years at Citibank in multiple business leadership roles including wealth management, insurance, mortgages and sales & distribution. Her in-depth experience in leading businesses, managing and enabling high-performance teams, building and transforming businesses enable her understanding of the professional context and challenges, and she is skillfully able to project those during her coaching engagements. With her experience of working in Global Organizations, being a woman CXO and having served on the company’s board, she brings in her unique perspective to such discussions and forums.
